Islamabad: The hearing on the bail petitions filed by lawyers Iman Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha has been adjourned until October 13 due to the prosecution’s failure to produce the investigating officer and the relevant case record.

During the proceedings, the court noted the absence of the investigating officer and the required record, preventing further progress on the bail applications.

The court subsequently fixed October 13 for the next hearing, when the bail petitions will be taken up again.
