Islamabad: Former Senator Mushtaq Ahmed’s Wife Granted Khula by Family Court

ISLAMABAD: The Family Court in Islamabad has granted a decree of khula to Humaira Tayyaba, formally dissolving her marriage to former Senator Mushtaq Ahmed.

Judge Ambarin Iqbal issued the decree in favour of Humaira Tayyaba following proceedings on her petition seeking dissolution of the marriage.

According to the court, the petitioner was unwilling to continue her marital relationship with her husband. The court subsequently approved her request and issued the decree of khula, formally ending the marriage.
