Peshawar: The Peshawar High Court has issued notices to the parties in a case concerning the alleged illegal detention and recovery of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi and Provincial Assembly Speaker Babar Saleem Swati, directing them to submit their responses within 10 days.

A division bench comprising Justice Arshad Ali and Justice Farah Jamshed heard the case and adjourned further proceedings until October 30.
