Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary General Salman Akram Raja has distanced himself from the party's official social media activities, stating that the party has no control over these accounts and is not in contact with the people operating them.
During a conversation with journalists, a reporter asked Raja how PTI's official social media account could run a campaign against the very judge hearing a case involving the party.
Responding to the question, Salman Akram Raja said, “We have no connection with PTI social media, and we have no control over it.”
He added that the people operating the accounts might be outside Pakistan and said there was no communication between them and the party leadership.
His response came amid questions about the activities of PTI's official social media account and its alleged campaign against a judge handling a related case.
