A medical examination of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has been completed at Adiala Jail, with a team of doctors leaving the prison after examining him for approximately an hour, according to sources.
The medical team, comprising doctors and paramedical staff from PIMS Hospital and Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital, visited the jail to conduct a medical assessment of the former prime minister.
The team was led by Dr Arif Khan of PIMS Hospital.
According to sources, the doctors checked Imran Khan’s blood pressure and examined his eyes during the visit.
The medical team departed after completing the examination.
